Julia Holter Performs at Chevalier’s

Julia will be performing at Chevalier’s on Friday, April 24, at 7pm.

Julia Holter is a musician from Los Angeles interested in songwriting, performing, and various methods of recording. Her most recent recording was the studio album Loud City Song (2013) on Domino Records.

Since the release of her previous two albums Tragedy(2011) and Ekstasis (2012), she has performed at venues and festivals throughout Europe, North America, Lebanon, and Australia.  She has had pieces commissioned by and/or has performed with ensembles such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Stargaze.  She frequently collaborates in group projects as well, with artist and musician friends such as Rick Bahto, Ramona Gonzalez, Yelena Zhelezov, Laurel Halo, Mark So, Cat Lamb, Laura Steenberge, and more.
