Deborah Reed Reads and Signs Her New Book July 19th

With eloquent and suspenseful prose, Olivay explores the wreckage of loss and the collision of grief, desire, and terror in its aftermath. As the characters get pushed outside their comfort zones, forced to walk the thin line between destruction and salvation, Olivay keeps readers guessing. Deborah’s novels include Things We Set On Fire, Carry Yourself Back to Me, and two thrillers written under the pen name Audrey Braun. Her nonfiction has appeared in publications such as Poets & Writers and The Literarian. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and is co-director of the Black Forest Writing Seminars at the University of Freiburg in Germany, where she also teaches fiction.
