LA Chef Roy Choi Visits Chevalier’s

Chevalier’s is excited to welcome celebrated LA chef and restauranteur Roy ChoiRoy will be stopping by the store on Thursday, December 10 at 7pm for a meet-and-greet and to sign his cookbook L.A. Son: My Life, My City, My FoodRoy‘s co-authors Tien Nguyen and Natasha Phan will also be in attendance to chat with guests about their book.

He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and went on to cook at the internationally acclaimed Le Bernardin. He was named Best New Chef by Food and Wine in 2010. Choi is the co-owner, co-founder, and chef of Kogi BBQ, as well as the restaurants Chego!, A-Frame, Commissary, POT and upcoming LocoL. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
